Great service, product and prices. Attentive and knowledgeable. They stock an excellent range of equipment for large gardens and small-holdings, so ideal for home-owners and contractors. In my experience definitely better than going to the likes of Radmore & Tucker and others who stock big names but just shift boxes. Neil and his small team at Hatherleigh, offer excellent, well-priced, effective kit and customer service. Genuinely interested in what you're doing. I bought a 4 stroke brushcutter. They set it up for me, fuel and oil, and were on hand to demo start and run. Manual, warranty and I rest assured that they're happy to help anytime if I have a problem with the machine and service it. Well done. A bit off the beaten track but worth it.

Had one of there compactors to help with the drive, excellent would not have been able to do this without the equipment. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of improving their driveway and anything else that would need a compactor, l have been thinking about the rest of the garden and would definitely use this again and the company.

Very helpful when we bought our wood chipper, and minor issue a year on, that various repair shops said was a big problem that they could not fix, was resolved super fast by Neil by troubleshooting over the phone and was not really an issue at all. So pleased we went back to ask Lumag direct. Thoroughly recommend Lumag and Neil.

To start with a very easy pleasant and efficient transaction with a helpful team. The powered barrow itself is excellent, robust and capable. It arrived well packaged and assembled bar the bucket which took about 30 seconds to attach. Quick read of the instructions, pre start checks, fuelled up and ready for action within 10 minutes of arrival.
