Great service, product and prices. Attentive and knowledgeable. They stock an excellent range of equipment for large gardens and small-holdings, so ideal for home-owners and contractors. In my experience definitely better than going to the likes of Radmore & Tucker and others who stock big names but just shift boxes. Neil and his small team at Hatherleigh, offer excellent, well-priced, effective kit and customer service. Genuinely interested in what you're doing. I bought a 4 stroke brushcutter. They set it up for me, fuel and oil, and were on hand to demo start and run. Manual, warranty and I rest assured that they're happy to help anytime if I have a problem with the machine and service it. Well done. A bit off the beaten track but worth it.
