Powerful engine

The Lumag RAMBO HC15l Wood chipper shredder is fitted with a powerful and reliable Ducar 420cc  electric start 4 stoke overhead valve engine. You will find this engine easy to start and very reliable and with 15 HP its more than powerful enough to get the job done.

Chipping System

The Lumag HC15L is built around the heavy steel flywheel, this design allow you to chip branches and process leafy material into mulch, all fed through the main in feed hopper. The machine has 2 blades and counter knife. When the blades are worn out they can be rotated for further use.

Chassis

The RAMBO HC15L  Wood Chipper is designed to be easy to move around. The intake hopper is fitted with handles allowing you to tilt the chipper back on its large pneumatic tyres and push the machine around your garden with relative ease. This model is also fitted with a handy tow bar further easing movement around your property. (Not for road towing)

Hoppers

The intake hoppers are large and allow the feeding of “wonky branches” into the chipper with minimal pre-cutting. As with all chippers you will get the odd blockage. The intake hopper in hinged, so with the removal of 2 nuts you can hinge the hopper open quickly and easily aiding the clearing of blockages. The Lumag RAMBO HC15L also features the 360deg swivel chute on the outlet allowing you to a direct the chippings where you need them.

Use

These are great little chippers and ideal for chipping branches around your garden with a maximum size of 10cm. You will find 10cm branches slow work and if you regularly need to process wood of this size, we suggest a bigger machine. From experience we have found that for continuous work the machine is ideal for material around 70-80mm (or 3″). This machine is a chipper shredder and is design to deal with both woody and leafy material a great help around your garden.
